"Mermaid Tabby, sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with State Farm regarding an auto claim. I couldn't help but notice that you've left negative reviews for every State Farm Agent office in a 50-mile radius under an alias name. Please keep in mind that we don't manage claims at the agent office level and are only a liaison between you and your adjuster. In fact, your repair shop more than likely is the one that made that decision to use salvaged parts. This is however quiet opposite from what we normally hear. All auto insurance companies operate in the same capacity and will replace a damaged vehicle parts with a used/salvaged part from a like kind vehicle (year/make/model), if they're available. This is what your insurance contract is supposed to do, recover you back to your current state. That said, using an alias or fictious name doesn't help me to try and provide any assistance to and how are we supposed to know what account to look up to see if you are even in our book of business as the service agent? It's unfortunate and I wished we could help, but unfortunately my office has no idea who you are to be able to office any advice."
